Media Release Permission Form

By signing this form, you give permission for Future Anything to record and use your child’s image, likeness, and voice through photography, audio, or video during a Future Anything program, event, or workshop, without payment.

These recordings may be collected and used by Future Anything and partner organisations working with Future Anything, including photographers engaged by partners. I understand that images or recordings may be edited, copied, published, or shared, and I waive the right to inspect or approve the final materials.

I waive any right to royalties or other compensation related to the use of my child’s image or recording. I understand that this material may be used in educational and promotional settings, with no time or geographic limits.

Photographic, audio, or video recordings may be used for the following purposes:

- Conference presentations

- Educational presentations or courses

- Informational presentations

- Online educational courses

- Educational videos

- Social media

By signing this form, I understand that images or recordings of my child may be shared online or displayed in public or educational settings. This release applies to media collected during Future Anything–managed or partner-hosted events or workshops.

By signing, I confirm that I have read and understand this release and waive any claims against Future Anything, its partner organisations, or anyone acting on their behalf who uses this material for these purposes.
