Whole-School Transformation
Enterprising Schools is a multi-year partnership for schools committed to deep, sustainable transformation in teaching, learning and leadership. It supports schools to deliberately align pedagogy, leadership and culture over time, ensuring change is embedded, coherent and lasting.
Working alongside whole staff, middle leaders and executive teams, Future Anything will activate a structured, term-by-term approach to improvement that begins in the classroom and is reinforced through leadership development and strategic alignment. Each phase builds on the last, strengthening teacher practice, leadership capability and shared ownership of learning.
This long-term partnership recognises that meaningful change takes time. By pacing learning, supporting implementation and building internal capacity, Enterprising Schools enables schools to establish a clear “way we teach here” — one that survives staffing changes, supports consistency, and equips young people with the capabilities they need to thrive beyond school.
- Year 1: Building the Foundations
- Year 2: Embedding Capability and Practice
- Year 3: Consolidating, Innovating and Sustaining

How much do the Teacher Professional Development programs cost?
All of that information is in our PD Brochure. Download it here!
Our school doesn’t have a budget for PD, but we’d love to work with you. What can we do?
The best way to start is to get in touch and tell us about your context. We regularly work with schools to explore flexible options, including staged delivery, alternative funding sources, partnerships, or other existing programs. If the work is the right fit, we’ll always try to find a way forward.
Some of our teachers have attended Future Anything PD in the past. Will attending again be relevant for them?
Yes, and in many cases, it’s even more valuable the second time. Our work is designed to innovate and evolve with educators, young people and the world they’re working and living in. While the core ideas and processes of our signature work will remain consistent, each professional learning engagement builds on previous work and leverages the latest research, emerging trends, and practical classroom examples. Returning participants often tell us they make deeper connections, notice different things and are better positioned to practice and implement the work.
I don’t know what PD option is right for our school…
That’s okay! Send us an email and our friendly team can help you out.
Who facilitates a Future Anything PD Workshop?
All of Future Anything’s teacher professional development workshops are facilitated members of Future Anything’s senior leadership team. Our PD Facilitators are all registered teachers and passionate educators with significant and wide-ranging experience in a variety of school settings.
Are your workshops virtual or in-person?
Whichever works for you! We are happy to travel to your school to work with you and your team in person. Alternatively, we have extensive experience facilitating workshops online (via Zoom or Teams) and receive fantastic feedback on our virtual sessions. There is a reduced fee for virtual workshops.
